I’ve just moved to Southern Italy from Florence.  Oh Gosh!  I’ve left David and Ponte Vecchio, where I took
the sunset picture in the previous post.
I feel nostalgic and I’m looking forward to going back there.
Today I’ve decided to window shop on the internet.  It’s a simple thing that always cheers me up.
I’ve spent more than a few hours drooling over the enchanting Harrods’ Christmas windows: Disney princesses dressed by world-famous fashion designers!
Mary Poppins was right: just a spoonful of sugar…

Sono appena tornata nel profondo Sud dopo un periodo trascorso a Firenze.
Terribile! Ho dovuto separarmi dal David e dal Ponte Vecchio, dove ho immortalato il tramonto sull’Arno nel post precedente.
La nostalgia mi tormenta e non vedo l’ora di tornare nella mia amata città.
Così ho deciso di andare per vetrine sul web. E’ una cosa che mi tira su da sempre (o almeno da quando mi collego alla rete). E’ inutile precisare che mi sono sentita meglio, dopo aver sbavato per un bel po’ dietro le vetrine natalizie di Harrods con le principesse Disney vestite dai più famosi stilisti del mondo.
L’aveva detto Mary Poppins: basta un poco di zucchero…
